Judge Kyle Carter has served as Judge of the 125th District Court since his election in 2008. In his time on the bench, Judge Carter has made it a rule that anyone who enters the 125th District Court is treated with equality, dignity and respect. Judge Carter has presided over thousands of cases to disposition, tried hundreds of jury and bench trials, all while working to make the wisest and best use of taxpayer dollars.
