Judge Kyle Carter recently spoke to 22nd Bi-annual Community Re-entry Network graduates Fall 2019 graduates. Judge Carter believes that we as a community should recognize and support those who were formerly part of the criminal justice system that have demonstrated a commitment to personal change. These graduates have all decided to take control of their lives and make a positive impact for themselves their families and the community and It is an honor to offer public recognition to these graduates for their personal commitment, hard work, and sacrifice in completion of the re-entry program.
